We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our hotel team as a Hotel Receptionist. As the first point of contact for guests, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, processing reservations and payments.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with reservations.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
