Join our IT team as a Help Desk Specialist and provide essential technical support to our employees. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
Educate end-users on proper use of hardware and software.
Stay informed about IT trends and updates.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Familiarity with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
