We are looking for a skilled and experienced florist to create stunning floral arrangements and provide personalized service to our customers. The Florist will be responsible for designing and arranging flowers, assisting customers with their floral needs, and maintaining the overall presentation of our shop.
Responsibilities:
Design and create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, birthdays, events, etc.).
Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and accessories based on their preferences and budget.
Ensure high-quality customer service by providing expert advice and recommendations.
Receive, process, and care for floral inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area.
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
Collaborate with the team to create seasonal displays and promotional arrangements.
Keep updated with floral design trends and new techniques.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
Certification or formal training in floristry is a plus.
