Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical problems.

Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
Technical certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
