Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist in maintaining smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.

Help in organizing and maintaining office common areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.

Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous.
