Join our educational team as an Assistant Teacher and play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students. We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated individual to assist the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
Assist in the supervision and care of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with classroom organization and setup.
Assist in student assessments and progress monitoring.
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
Collaborate with other staff members and parents.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Participate in professional development activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Minimum of an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
