Join our team as a Revenue Supervisor and play a key role in maximizing revenue and optimizing room revenue strategies. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to oversee the hotels revenue management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor and manage room rates and availability across distribution channels.
Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide insights to the leadership team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue-generating initiatives.
Utilize revenue management tools and systems effectively.
Forecast and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue.
Implement and optimize upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Train and mentor staff on revenue management best practices.
Prepare and present revenue reports to leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hotel revenue management or a related field.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Familiarity with revenue management systems (RMS) and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
