We are currently seeking a friendly and organized School Receptionist to manage our schools front desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, students, and parents in a welcoming and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Manage the schools main email account and respond to or forward emails as needed.
Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for school staff.
Assist in organizing and distributing school-related information, such as newsletters, announcements, and event flyers.
Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and ensure adequate supplies are available.
Assist in other administrative tasks and support various departments as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
Knowledge of school operations or experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
