Sales Executive Vacancy in Dubai

You will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets. This role involves proactive sales outreach, client meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering suitable products/services.

Present products/services to clients, demonstrating their features, advantages, and benefits to address client needs effectively.

Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and plans, updating the management on sales progress and achievements regularly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or related field.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
