You will be responsible for creating and implementing a stimulating curriculum that focuses on the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children in the early years.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the early years curriculum and educational standards.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning, curiosity, and exploration among children.
Foster positive relationships with children, providing individualized support and guidance to help each child reach their full potential.
Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide updates on children progress, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and address any concerns regarding their Childs development.
Assess and monitor children development through observations, assessments, and progress reports, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
Create a safe and engaging learning environment, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and child protection policies.
Work collaboratively with other staff members and contribute to the overall school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood development theories, teaching methodologies, and curriculum frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
