Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes.
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, baggage, and airport facilities.
Handle baggage and ensure its safe and efficient transfer to aircraft or baggage claim areas.
Address any issues related to baggage handling or lost luggage.
Adhere to airport security and safety protocols to ensure a secure and safe environment for passengers and staff.
Assist in screening procedures and compliance with aviation security regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or airport-related roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is advantageous.
