Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

Assist customers in placing orders or resolving issues.

Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive and customer-friendly demeanor.

Process customer returns and exchanges.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.

Provide product or service recommendations to customers.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

Uphold a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.

Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
