We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in supporting various accounting and financial activities, contributing to the overall success of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other team members on various finance projects.
Follow and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Provide support for audits and compliance efforts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the finance manager.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
