We are expanding our customer service team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Call Center Associates. The Call Center Associates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions.
Navigate computer systems to access and update customer information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Follow company Scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
