Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is advantageous.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
