We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth office operation.
Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
