Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the management team for replenishment.
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to achieve sales targets.
Help create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and high morale.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service management role is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
