We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Returns Specialist. The Returns Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the returns process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Inspect returned items for damages and determine appropriate actions.
Update inventory records to reflect returned items.
Communicate with customers to address return inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve return-related concerns.
Identify trends in returns and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of return transactions.
Assist in restocking and organizing returned items in the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with return policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Returns Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent
