Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Supervisor in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests. The Guest Service Supervisor will lead a team of service professionals and contribute to the overall success of our luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department.
Train and supervise guest service staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Assist in managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a guest service or supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
