The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing company documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating efficient document retrieval. The Document Controller will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and organization of our business records.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, organize, and maintain electronic and hard copy document filing systems.
Ensure that all documents are correctly labeled, filed, and stored.
Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies.
Coordinate document approval, review, and distribution processes.
Track and monitor document changes and revisions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely document submissions.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits.
Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of document control principles and best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
