Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Perform data entry, maintain databases, and generate reports.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
