Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or databases.

Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.

Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective office operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is Beneficial.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
