We are seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources consultant to develop and implement bespoke Human Resources strategies for our clients. As an Human Resources consultant, you will be required to evaluate and identify human capital inefficiencies, recommend solutions, develop Human Resources strategies and models, and provide advice on Human Resources policies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with the Human Resources and management teams to define the company\'s Human Resources issues, goals, and requirements.
Conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Human Resources consultant or similar.
