Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize items for packaging according to company standards.
Assemble, seal, and label packages accurately.
Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Follow packing instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors.
Operate packing machinery and equipment (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing area.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Adhere to safety and quality control standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in packing or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
Attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
Basic math skills for counting and labeling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
