Key Responsibilities:
For Teacher:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Conduct assessments and maintain progress records.
For Day Care Staff:
Supervise and monitor children in a safe and supportive environment.
Assist with the implementation of daily routines and activities.
Provide basic care, including feeding and diapering.
Collaborate with teachers to ensure a cohesive learning and care experience.
Maintain a clean and organized day care area.
Requirements:
For Teacher: Early Childhood Education degree or relevant certification.
For Day Care Staff: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
