Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate shop staff, provide training, set performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shop Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
