Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
