The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests and residents. The Concierge will serve as a primary point of contact, offering information, assistance, and recommendations to enhance the overall experience of our clientele. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and residents in a warm and professional manner.
Provide information about the facility, local attractions, and services.
Assist guests with booking reservations, transportation, and other arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area.
Respond to inquiries and resolve any guest or resident issues promptly.
Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Friendly and welcoming personality with a strong customer service orientation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
