Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, printing, and filing.

Distribute and collect documents, packages, and mail as needed.

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including common areas and workstations.

Prepare and serve beverages and snacks for meetings and guests.

Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and workspaces.

Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.

Follow and enforce office security and safety procedures.

Handle and report any maintenance or repair needs in the office.

Assist with administrative tasks as requested by office managers or supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Office Boy/Girl or in a related support role is beneficial.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proactive and willing to assist with various office tasks.

Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Knowledge of office safety and security procedures.
