We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Hotel Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your role will involve assisting guests with inquiries, recommendations, and arrangements for various activities and services.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage, room keys, and any other requirements.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and transportation services.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and assistance.
Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain a neat and organized lobby and reception area.
Ensure all guest requests and services are promptly delivered.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Jumeirah area and its attractions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests effectively.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
