Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the hotel.
Check-in guests efficiently, collect necessary information, and provide room keys.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about hotel services and amenities.
Handle check-out procedures, process payments, and provide accurate invoices.
Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth room allocation process.
Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a pleasant stay.
Maintain the front desk area, including organizing materials, brochures, and promotional information.
Operate the hotels reservation system and handle guest bookings.
Keep records of room availability, guest accounts, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or related degree is a plus).
Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A welcoming and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle guest accounts and payments accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic hotel environment.
