Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.

Set up trays and tables for meal service in guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and storage spaces.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide recommendations from the room service menu and promote special offers.
Collaborate with the kitchen and the front desk to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
Record and report any guest issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
