Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users by following traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Route Familiarity: Have a thorough knowledge of designated routes, Stops, and landmarks, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections, checking for any mechanical issues or malfunctions, and report any problems promptly.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with boarding, fare collection, and answering inquiries about routes and schedules.
Adherence to Schedules: Maintain punctuality and adhere to established schedules, minimizing delays and ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and accidents, following established procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (Heavy Bus category) is mandatory.
Previous experience as a Bus Driver, preferably in Dubai.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
