Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or a related role, including leadership or supervisory experience is Plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.
