The Bellhop/Porter will be responsible for providing assistance to guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and offering general assistance to guests as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival.
Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain the hotels amenities and facilities.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Ensure the safety and security of guests belongings.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.
Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of nearby attractions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
