Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Customer Service Representative:

Greet and welcome customers to the restaurant.

Assist with seating and provide menus.

Take customer orders, including special requests.

Answer questions and offer recommendations.

Ensure accurate and timely food and drink delivery.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues.

Process payments and provide change.

Handle phone inquiries and to-go orders.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff for order accuracy.

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
