Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Provide general information to clients, customers, and employees.

Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.

Ensure security protocols by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges.

Collaborate with colleagues to support office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer service-oriented attitude.

Knowledge of office equipment (e.g, printers, copiers, and fax machines).
