Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support by handling tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.

Assist with answering phone calls, routing calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages.

Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.

Greet and assist office visitors and provide information as needed.

Order and maintain office supplies and ensure that equipment is in working order.

Assist with email correspondence and handle office mail and deliveries.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
