As an Account Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department with various accounting and financial tasks. Your responsibilities will include data entry, record keeping, financial analysis, and providing assistance in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
Update and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
Support in financial analysis and budgeting tasks.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
Respond to inquiries and provide financial information to colleagues and clients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
