Looking for a Receptionist for a Dubai Fitout company.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors at front desk.

Answer and forward incoming phone calls.

Arrange meeting room assignment, set up for office event/ meeting.

Assist in printing documents etc.

Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Previous experience is not mandatory
