- Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Location Audit and Visit:
- Prepare the weekly staff roster for various locations.
- Regularly audit and verify staff attendance.
- Conduct daily visits to kiosks or counters.
Staff Allocation:
- Prepare necessary documents according to location requirements and security approvals.
Staff Induction and Training:
- Oversee the induction and training of new staff members.
System Escalation:
- Handle escalations and resolve issues within the system.
Stock Checking & Replenishment:
- Collect and organize telecom products.
- Maintain and monitor stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily stock quantity is met.
Requirements for Candidates:
- Possession of a UAE Driving License and vehicle.
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or similar role within the UAE.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of outdoor sales representatives.
- Prior experience in leading teams at telecom Express Counters/Kiosks is preferred.
