Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
Ensure that all guest rooms and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of floors.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
Replenish linens, Towels, and guest supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms or public areas.
Maintain a stock of cleaning and toiletry supplies and request restocks as needed.
Collaborate with fellow housekeeping staff to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, folding, and ironing linens.
Follow hotel policies and procedures for room cleaning and guest service.
Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
Comply with health and safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and orderliness.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
