Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and hardware.
Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
Install and update antivirus software and perform routine system scans.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or similar systems.
Monitor and manage network equipment, such as routers and switches.
Assist in managing and troubleshooting email systems and user accounts.
Provide support for video conferencing and telecommunication systems.
Document IT procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and rollouts.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for equipment repairs and technical support.
Ensure the security and privacy of company data by adhering to IT policies and best practices.
Train employees on IT-related topics and software applications.
Provide IT support for remote and on-site employees.
Offer exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
Manage and prioritize IT support requests using a ticketing system.
Assist in maintaining backup and disaster recovery systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A +, Network +, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
