Airlines Customer Service Representative in Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, gates, and boarding areas.

Handle ticketing, reservations, and changes to travel itineraries.

Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and services.

Assist passengers with special needs or requests.

Handle and resolve passenger inquiries and complaints professionally.

Ensure compliance with airline security and safety regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth flight operations.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for passengers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and patient demeanor.

Problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Basic computer skills for ticketing and check-in processes.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
