This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Secretary located in Dubai. The Office Secretary will perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, meeting and greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing reports and commercial letters, managing internal communication, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Fluency in English
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
