Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services to provide accurate information and make tailored recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, turning challenges into opportunities.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and communication history.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
