Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas.

Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, and restaurant servers, to ensure they perform their duties efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, including managing shifts and time-off requests.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of guests.
Monitor hotel occupancy, room availability, and reservation systems to optimize room sales and revenue.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing reservations, payments, and room assignments.
Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure that rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies and amenities as needed.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to attract guests and increase revenue.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as maintenance and catering, to coordinate events and services.
Prepare and maintain reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new hotel staff.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
Familiarity with safety and security regulations.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services is a plus.
Certification in hospitality management is a bonus.
