Responsibilities:

Accurately input and manage reservation data in the hotels booking system.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hotels services, amenities, and special offers.
Up-sell rooms and packages based on guest preferences and needs.
Process guest payments for reservations and provide confirmation details.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all guest interactions.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Follow up with guests to confirm reservation details and obtain any necessary additional information.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred but not required.
