We are looking for a smart Office Assistant to be a part of our Administrative department. You should be primarily able to handle all administrative duties professionally and in a timely manner. Besides, you should also be able to maintain and update the filing system.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls, emails and diverting the urgent ones to the appropriate department
Maintaining and updating the filing system
Greeting clients and assisting them with their queries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
0- 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator , or a similar role in the Administrative department
