We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting various Human Resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on Human Resources policies and procedures.
Assist in the administration of benefits programs and open enrollment.
Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and assist with audits, as needed.
Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
Contribute to Human Resources projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Keep abreast of Human Resources trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Human Resources or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Human Resources certification (e.g, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
